Cancellation:

• For any reservation cancellation (excluding any bookings made on a non-refundable rate), we must receive 5 days’ notice prior to your confirmed arrival in order to receive your deposit back less a $30 cancellation fee. If any cancellation is made within 5 days of your stay, regardless of the reason, your deposit will be non-refundable. Promotional Offerings may have different policies that supersede this one.

No Show Policy:

• Charged 1 night room, tax and resort fee.

Early Check In and Late Check Out:

• Early Check In starting at 1pm - $25 (based upon availability)
  • Standard Check In is 4 PM
• Late Check Out until 1pm - $30 (based upon availability)

Occupancy Fee:

• All rooms will have a fee of $30 per additional person in a room.
• All suites will have a fee of $50 per additional person in a room.

• $20 per night Ogunquit River Inn offers a comprehensive selection of inclusive benefits via a daily resort fee per room, per night. Parking for one car/space per reservation per night is included with your stay.

Footbridge Beach: 6 minute drive, 25 minute walk (1 mile)

Marginal Way: 7 minute drive, 45 minute walk (2 miles)

Ogunquit River Inn is located a 6 minute drive from downtown Ogunquit, or a 35 minute walk. It is about 1.75 miles to walk from the inn to downtown Ogunquit.
