• Credit Card will be authroized on morning of arrival for Room, Tax and Resort Fee. 

Cancellation:

• For any reservation cancellation (excluding any bookings made on a non-refundable rate), we must receive 5 days’ notice prior to your confirmed arrival in order to receive your deposit back less a $30 cancellation fee. If any cancellation is made within 5 days of your stay, regardless of the reason, your deposit will be non-refundable. Promotional Offerings may have different policies that supersede this one.

No Show Policy:

• Charged 1 night room, tax and resort fee.

Early Check In and Late Check Out:

• Early Check In before 1pm - $30 (based upon availability)

• $20 per night Ogunquit River Inn offers a comprehensive selection of inclusive benefits via a daily resort fee per room, per night. Parking for one car/space per reservation per night is included with your stay.
